| Condition | Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Non‑returnable items (if any) are noted on the product page. |
How to start a return

E‑mail hello@shredheadband.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

We will issue an RMA number and instructions.

Ship (or bring) the item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
