1. Order Processing

Handling time: 0 – 1 business day after your order is placed.

Orders are packed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation e‑mail with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center using track‑and‑trace services such as Israel Post, DHL, UPS, and local postal partners.

3. Order Tracking
Every parcel receives a tracking number. Check your shipping confirmation e‑mail or log into My Account → Orders → Track.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur import duties, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for current rates before you order.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at hello@shredheadband.com with your order number.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to unclaimed duties/taxes, an incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts:

We’ll refund the product cost (minus the original shipping fee) once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.

If you’d like the order re‑shipped, we’ll invoice you for the new shipping charge.
7. Damaged or Lost in Transit
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged packaging: Photograph the box and contents before discarding anything.

Lost shipments: If tracking hasn’t updated for 10 days (inside Israel) or 20 days (international), e‑mail us so we can file a claim with the carrier.
8. Returns & Exchanges

How to start a return

E‑mail hello@shredheadband.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

We will issue an RMA number and instructions.

Ship (or bring) the item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
